Product Description
Zig Zagger takes the familiar marble-run format and turns it sideways. Instead of a straight drop, marbles are launched through a switchback of laser-cut ramps, redirected by pivoting gates, and lifted back to the top by a hand-cranked paddle system.
This is a deep build — 6–7 hours of careful gear alignment and test runs.
For the builder who wants to be challenged.

Each puzzle comes with a detailed step-by-step manual. Difficulty ranges from 6/10 to 9/10 depending on the model. Most customers complete their first build over a weekend.
Is it fragile? What if pieces break?
The pieces are laser-cut from birch plywood. We include spare parts for delicate pieces, and every order comes with a replacement guarantee.
What age is this suitable for?
Recommended for ages 14 and above. Younger builders (12+) can enjoy it with adult supervision. It's designed for adults who enjoy hands-on challenges.

How big is the finished puzzle?
Dimensions vary by model (shown on each product page). The completed puzzles are roughly the size of a large book — perfect for shelf display.
