At Tac Tow, we are committed to delivering high-quality puzzles to our customers in a timely and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, estimated delivery times, and other relevant details.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • Free Shipping Across India: We offer free standard shipping for all orders, regardless of order value, across India.
  • Delivery Areas: We currently ship to all major cities and towns within India. If you are in a remote or non-serviceable location, our team will contact you to discuss possible alternatives.
  • International Shipping: At present, we do not ship internationally. However, we may introduce international shipping in the future. Stay tuned for updates.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Orders are processed within 1-2 working days after confirmation.
    • Delivery takes approximately 3 to 7 working days, depending on the location.
    • Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
  • Order Processing Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (IST) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • Weekend and Holiday Processing: Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays. Any orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking details.
  • You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email or by visiting our website’s “Track Order” section.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our customer support team.

4. Shipping Partners

  • We work with reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, and others to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
  • The choice of courier service depends on your location and service availability.

5. Address & Delivery Instructions

  • Accurate Address Details: Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment/building number, landmark, and correct PIN code.
  • Changes to Shipping Address: If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours of order placement. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, some delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, courier delays, or remote locations.

  • In the rare case that an order is lost in transit, we will either reship the product at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged, please document the issue with photos or videos and contact us immediately.
  • If any items are missing from your order, notify us within 48 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
