Tac Tow – Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

1. The Basics

No general returns or refunds
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, wrong purchase, or personal preference. -
Two exceptions only:

Prepaid order cancellations within a strict time window (explained below)

Genuine product defects

Official store only
This policy applies only to purchases made directly from Tac Tow. Orders placed through third-party platforms are governed by their respective policies.
2. Order Cancellation (Prepaid Orders Only)
If you have placed a prepaid order and wish to cancel:
- Cancellation deadline: You must inform us before 11:00 AM on the next calendar day after placing the order.

How to request cancellation: Contact us via email or phone/WhatsApp using the details listed below.
Requests made after the deadline will not be accepted. - Refund amount: Eligible cancellations will receive a 60% refund of the order value.
- Reason for partial refund: Once an order is placed, we incur non-recoverable costs and hence the 40% deduction
- Refund timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
3. No Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order is dispatched, or if the cancellation request is made after 11:00 AM the next day, the order cannot be cancelled.

No refunds or returns will be provided in such cases.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Missing Items (Only Valid Return Case)
If your puzzle arrives with a genuine issue, we will make it right.

Manufacturing or factory defects that make the puzzle unusable

To process your request, you must share:-

The issue clearly

The product and packaging
We may request an unboxing video if required to verify the claim.

Resolution
After verification, we will:-
Replace the puzzle or

Issue a full refund
This is done at no extra cost to you.

Return shipping

If we ask you to send the product back, we will cover the return shipping cost.

5. Shipping & Delivery Issues

Wrong address / unclaimed parcel

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, any re-shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

Damaged outer packaging

If the package looks damaged on arrival, take clear photos before opening the box.

Report the issue to us immediately to help us assess and resolve it.
