Awestruck by the way detailing has been done. Really good stuff to consider for digital social distancing and reliving your childhood days where we used to get fascinate by such things. Love it. One thing I would love to add is it will be better if you a cover for the finished model. Because it will be very to protect it from dust and more tough to clean dust from it as there is not much spacing in between for that. Also I noticed one more thing the plastic strips connected at one side are coming out automatically. Please consider this to rectify in next versions. Otherwise overall a wonderful experience to have

One of the best creative DIY kits that fuels the hobby of curiosity. The battery switch can be a little better (not that big of a deal), need to handle the sprial part a little carefully and should not use heavy fource. Apart from that every thing is10/10

It was real fun to assemble the puzzle together, but was disappointed with the some parts which were too fragile for the purpose they are designed. For example the spiral,however careful you are but the design of that is such that it will break. I ended up breaking 4 spirals and had to use some glued ones, which eventually broke down when it took the load of the steel balls.

Similarly, the platic ralings in the last part of the puzzle broke as well while fixing as these are too thin and to fix them you need to apply some force. These plastic parts cannot be glued as well so once broken they are gone. For me I was not able to complete this part of the puzzle ad 2 of my railings on which the steel ball was supposed to travel broke down.

A few of the slots were tight enough that I was genuinely scared of cracking a piece pushing it home, and some light sanding sorted it out. Nothing actually broke. Once I accepted that two or three joints needed a minute of preparation rather than brute force it was a very good three nights. Worth mentioning in the manual that this is normal and sanding is expected rather than a defect.

Puzzle is weak I broke some peaces

Nowhere in the listing or the box did I read that I would need glue, and I had none at home, so an evening I had set aside for this ended with a half built model and a trip to the shop the next day. Please put it in the requirements alongside the batteries. The build itself was good and the mechanism runs cleanly, so this is a documentation complaint rather than a product one.

Clear diagrams, parts numbered properly against the sheets, and I finished in two comfortable sessions without once having to guess what I was looking at. That sounds like a low bar and judging by other reviews here it apparently is not. Everything fitted, the motion is smooth, and it has not needed adjusting since. Exactly what I wanted for the money.

If you replaced the plastic bits with wood I would pay more and give you five stars without hesitating. The wood parts are flawless, properly cut and properly finished, and then there are a handful of plastic components that feel like they came from a different product. Everything else about the build was good and the circuit runs smoothly.

Second Tactow kit for me and the quality is consistent across both, which is the thing I actually care about as a repeat buyer. The circuit is more intricate than the listing photos let on and there are more small parts than I expected at this price. Nothing was missing, nothing broke, and the finish matches the first kit exactly. I will keep buying.

Loved the detailing that was done. Instructions were very clear. Added all things needs to ensure clumsy people like me can also complete it without breaking too much stuff. The battery pack was broken/not working, but even then it was a good experience on its own

Good initiative. But in few places ball got struck,can't able to climb up after a slope. That cause more follow balls to struck.

I would've given it a 5 star however the kit comes with a motor in it which makes the whole set alive. But the motor that was sent to me is not working, I don't know why. Otherwise the whole thing is great. It's fun and something different. It feels soo great to see all the tiny pieces come together and form something new in front of your eyes. And the joy you get after everything works is sooo worth it. I am amazed by how it was made especially the manual, it's very detailed and easy to understand. I would definitely want to buy another one and recomend it to anyone who is thinking to buy one.....but just one suggestion check if the motor is working or not as soon as it arrives and if it is not see if there is a possibility of returning it.

The entire process of building this was a captivating experience! Overall, it was very fun however some parts of wood could be a little bit sturdier considering some parts included extra force to fit in. Amazing puzzle however!

It is a beautiful object even before it moves, which is not something I say about many things that arrive flat packed. I would have paid this much for it as a static sculpture and the fact that it runs is almost a bonus. Three sessions to build, no missing parts, no fighting. It is on the console table in the entrance now and it has started more conversations than the art above it.

Puzzle was really impressive.Kids spent time with great interest.You have provided some spares also which is appreciable.However the minus i received one item damaged( the battery switch) which I replaced it locally.Quality control needs more precaution in such items.

The concept is very good kept me occupied for nearly 2 hours. Helped to reduce my stress. Only flaw is the material parts during assembly it breaks with minimal force. If you can increase durability of the material the product will reach top notch
